Housekeeping & Guest Policy

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, discretion, and comfort

1. Housekeeping services

Warmlyn maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, discretion, and comfort across all residences. Housekeeping services are provided according to the guest's length of stay and selected service level, and may include:

  • General cleaning
  • Bed making
  • Bathroom sanitization
  • Waste removal
  • Surface and floor care

2. Customised cleaning schedules

For extended stays, guests may select from the following housekeeping schedules:

  • Daily service
  • Alternate-day service
  • Every third day service
  • Weekly service
  • Monthly service

Service schedules are confirmed at check-in or arranged through concierge services.

3. Linen & towel services

  • Linen and towel changes are provided in line with the selected housekeeping schedule.
  • Additional changes may be requested, subject to availability or additional charges.

4. Laundry & dry cleaning

  • Professional laundry and dry-cleaning services are available at select locations.
  • Express services may be offered depending on location.
  • Charges apply and are communicated upon request.

5. Maintenance & technical support

  • On-site or on-call maintenance teams are available to address technical or maintenance issues.
  • Guests are encouraged to report issues promptly via concierge or reception.

6. Concierge services

Warmlyn concierge services include:

  • Transportation and airport transfers
  • Restaurant and event reservations
  • Local experiences and recommendations
  • Lifestyle and long-stay assistance

Availability may vary by location, but service standards remain consistent.

7. Privacy & access

Service staff will only enter residences during agreed service times or in the presence of the guest, except in emergencies. Guest privacy and discretion are prioritized at all times.

8. Eco-conscious practices

Warmlyn supports environmentally responsible hospitality practices. Guests may opt for reduced housekeeping services to conserve resources. Eco-friendly cleaning products are used where possible.

9. Damage & personal belongings

Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings. Warmlyn is not liable for loss or damage unless required by law. Damage beyond normal wear may incur charges.

10. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to respect the residence, neighbors, and community standards. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Quiet hours apply and vary by location.

11. Smoking, pets & special requests

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas unless otherwise specified.
  • Pet policies vary by residence and must be approved prior to arrival.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

12. Check-in & check-out

Check-in From 2:00 PM
Check-out By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in for all guests.

13. Occupancy & use of residence

  • Each residence has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Residences are intended for residential accommodation only.
  • Events, parties, or commercial use are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by management.

14. Policy updates

Warmlyn reserves the right to amend housekeeping and guest service policies to maintain operational excellence and safety standards. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
