Warmlyn residences are designed for families, couples, and groups of all sizes. Only registered guests may stay overnight — all guests must be registered at check-in. Each residence has a maximum occupancy limit that must be respected at all times.
Pet policies vary by residence and location. Pets must be approved prior to arrival — please enquire at the time of booking. Charges may apply depending on the type and size of pet.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas across all Warmlyn residences. Designated outdoor areas may be available depending on the property. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning charges or termination of stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included in all residences at no additional charge. Connection details are provided at check-in. Our maintenance team is on hand to resolve any connectivity issues during your stay.
